Creativity Is Everything
Creativity is everything
by Adam Salama
It allows us to explore the human mind, heart, and soul. It enables personal fulfillment and self-development. Tapping into our creative power allows us to help others achieve these feats as well.
As for wealth, people sometimes assume that the definition of the word strictly refers to financial status or gain. However, this mentality limits one's scope of what can truly be accomplished.
Wealth is intellectual, spiritual, physical, social, and economical. When one aspect of wealth is reached, the opportunities to expand your wealth in other avenues increases as well. If you can formulate an innovative idea that you enjoy and see as feasible and satisfying a potential need or want, you will begin to believe in yourself. This phenomenon will then translate into a desire to see its manifestation into reality.
In your pursuit, you will attract others who will see your vision, even if the number of people is low. The quality of the people you attract in your endeavors is much more important than the quantity of people. With belief and the appropriate individuals, the last thing is to define the value of you and your idea in society and in the marketplace. This is the tipping point between making money and not making money. Yet, even this doesn't quite define success or failure. Success is what you think of it as; the same goes for failure. In fact, events that seem like failures may actually be successes in disguise or are building blocks for future greatness to occur. Perception is essential. Undergoing this journey may be simple for some, but for others it may be more difficult. This is where the resilience, flexibility, and adaptability of you and your team come in. Each member should bring something to the table that compensates any gaps and complements the strengths that already exist. All of this also applies if you're a musician or writer who can compose clever and meaningful lyrics that no one else can think of. If you can create & perform your music in a captivating way, I guarantee you that someone will pay you to share your gift to the world. And if that doesn't happen, if you take control of your own destiny, you will eventually make yourself money and gain real fans.
Creativity is what the world needs. An excerpt from Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill explains this best: "We who are in this race for riches should be encouraged to know that this changed world in which we live is demanding new ideas, new ways of doing things, new leaders, new inventions, new methods of teaching, new methods of marketing, new books, new literature, new features for television, new ideas for moving pictures." Napoleon Hill explains how to do this: "Back of all this demand for new and better things, there is one quality which one must possess to win, and that is definiteness of purpose, the knowledge of what one wants, and a burning desire to possess it." After implementing this philosophy within ourselves, we must understand how important creativity is and to shatter any preconceived thoughts of what constitutes creativity. Creativity isn't limited to only music or the visual arts; fundamentally, it is about introducing new ways of life or improved ways of doing things. This thought process applies to virtually every trade or industry, and is the source of new solutions and creations. Without adapting to an ever-changing global society, without taking risks, and placing faith in our creativeness, mankind will cease to exist. In order to progress civilization and to elude a disastrous fate, cultivating, appreciating, and implementing creativity will contribute towards a sustainable and prosperous future, for our planet and all people. Lacking personal funds may hurt a lot, but living a life without passion is fatal. Creativity is everything. Adam Salama is a young American writer and entrepreneur.
